Property Pros DFW provides various handyman and property maintenance services within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area. Our services typically include, but are not limited to, general home repairs, maintenance, and improvement tasks. Specific services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or quote provided to you.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging Property Pros DFW for any work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Property Pros DFW.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Property Pros DFW are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on unforeseen circumstances, additional work requested, or changes in material costs. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to you and agreed upon before proceeding with the work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Typically, a deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment, which will be detailed in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information regarding the services required.

•Ensure safe and clear access to the work area.

•Be available for communication regarding the service, or designate an authorized representative.

•Promptly make payments as per the agreed terms.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

Property Pros DFW stands by the quality of its workmanship. Specific warranties or guarantees for services performed will be detailed in your service agreement. This warranty typically covers defects in workmanship for a period of 365 days/months from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, or client-supplied materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Pros DFW will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
